tenancies in pre-war domestic premises built before August 17, 1945;
most tenancies in post-war domestic premises built before June 19, 1981.
"for the purpose of ascertaining whether any offence under this Ordinance has been or is being committed, inspect any goods and enter any premises other than domestic premises;"
Noise originating from domestic premises and public places is called neighbourhood noise and is handled by the police in response to complaints.
An authorized officer authorized under subsection (2) or (3) to enter and search any domestic premises may take with him such other persons and such equipment as may appear to him to be necessary.
