By summarizing and analyzing the development process of dam constructions in Jiuyuangou, the sediment and flood trapping effect of warp land dam was discussed in this article.
Thus, the relationships of oxide charge generation, including electron trapping and hole trapping effects, with different stress voltages and channel lengths are analyzed.
