1、The manufacturer shall maintain records of all customer complaint investigations.
2、The customer service hot line will provide satisfactory response with in 24 hours of the receipt of customer complaint.
3、Participating the investigation of quality, safety incidents and customer complaint, and implement the action plan.
4、If any customer complaint is not followed by corrective and/or preventive action, the reason shall be recorded.
5、When the investigation determines that the activities at remote premises contributed to the customer complaint, relevant information shall be communicated between the manufacturer and the remote premises.
6、Verify the failure or customer complaint and make sure the vehicle is experiencing the problem at this timChoose the applicable items from the list and perform the indicated tests.
