Methods The concentration of EGF,TGF-α,TGF-β1,IGF-Ⅱand VitA in autologous serum eyedrops were measured at the beginning and 1 week,4 weeks,8 weeks after preservation in the refrigerator at 4℃ and after 4 weeks,8 weeks of preservation in the freezer at -36℃.
The gray scale of positive signals were quantitated by image processing computer. Results The percentage of positive expression of TGF β1 and c fos in cholesteatoma were 87 1% and 83 9%, respectively.
结论一定浓度和剂量的TGF-β1能显著诱导HTCF表型转化为肌成纤维细胞,在人Tenon囊组织局部组织损伤修复及瘢痕形成中具有重要作用。
