Article 16：In the leasing term, if the central government or local government needs to make construction or development, this contract shall terminate, party A gives back the rent and deposit received in advance , other related loss shall be undertaken by party B.
Unless otherwise provided for by this contract, Party A will return full amount of the deposit without interest on the day when this contract expires or on the day when this contract is party B clears the premises and has paid all due rental and other expenses.
