In 1995, John's responsibilities at Saddleback increased to include pastoral counseling, pastoral care, Celebrate Recovery, support groups, small groups, and family ministries.
To progress further, they will have to continue to be diligent students of the Bible, be able to preach coherently, provide holistic pastoral care, inspire the young and be good role models.
