An angler fish appears to 'walk' across the ocean floor as it waits for its prey.
There's an angler fish at the bottom of the ocean that has a rod sticking up from the top of its head with a lure to capture other fish.
I think my interest in the latter started in fourth grade when I saw a photo of an angler fish (click at your own risk) for the first time — and subsequently had nightmares for weeks.
But while it looks like he has sprouted legs, this angler fish's limbs are just the fins he USES to balance himself on the sea bed.
