The bidding documents will be sent by Tending Company to thee-mail address which is written on the return receipt.
After receiving the bidding documents, the tender and tendering agency, shall provide signing receipt for the bidder.
Unsuccessful tenderers shall return the bidding documents and relevant materials within 7 days upon receipt of notification, and the bid invitation unit shall refund the tenderer the deposit.
The bidding documents with the signature of the entrusted agents shall be attached with authorized letter of attorney signed by legal representative.
