Rotary vacuum filter is one of the most important facilities in PTA production, but it has low filtration efficiency and large energy consumption in industrial application.
From Table 3 and Table 4 we can see that the filtration efficiency of filtering micron and sub-micron particles in the liquid by microporous PE and microporous pa is very high.
The test results show that the pressure descend of new filter conform to the requirement of standard, the filtration efficiency is 63.04%, and the traditional filter is no less than 60%.
