Purpose:To investigate the technique of managing anterier vitreous by high gluey Healon.
Methods 52 cases with corneal perforation were treated with operations and Healon was used in the operating process.
Objective To investigate the methods of dealing with corneal perforation and effect of sodium hyaluronate (Healon) used in the operation.
Conclusions Healon not only improves the success of operation for suturing corneal perforation but also reduces iris adhesion.
