The parties wish to explore a business opportunity of mutual interest, each party may disclose to the other certain confidential technical and business information which the disclosing party desires the receiving party to treat as confidential.
The notices as mentioned herein shall be confirmed in writing and shall be deemed to have been served after the sending party has delivered it to the address as specified hereunder via registered mail or EMS or the personnel of the receiving party has signed and acknowledge receipt thereof.
