The left coronary artery of the G. grus is divided into anterior descending branch and circumflex branch.
The superficial branch (circumflex branch) gives off branches to the left atrium, lateral and diaphragm wall of the left ventricle and part diaphragm wall of the right ventricle.
Communications between diagonal branch or circumflex branch and LAD were seen in 2 cases. But only the coronary flow velocity of diagonal branch was increased obviously in one case by pulse Doppler and peak velocity was 1.5 m/s.
METHODS The left circumflex branch of coronary artery were occluded to form the ischemia in the left ventricular lateral wall in six dogs.
