Here is my advice about how to keep health / fit.

As a middle school student, first you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running swimming and jumping rope(繩子)。 Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals. Don’t eat too much meat and sugar but more vegetables and fruit. Third you need enough sleep or rest. Next keep yourself happy. As people often say smiling makes younger. Last you mustn’t drink wine or smoke. They are bad for your health.

I’m talking about how to keep health/fit. Today many teenagers are unhealthy because they do less exercise, eat more junk food, and they usually do not have enough time to sleep. If we wish to keep fit, my advices are as follow:

Firstly,we must keep taking exercises every day, and eat lots of fruit and vegetables . Secondly,try to sleep for about 8 hours a night, and remember to “early to bed early to rise”。Finally,stay away from cigarettes / smoking / drugs毒品。 Besides(除此之外),don’t forget to breathe (呼吸)the fresh air in the open air happy every day.
