Yesterday I saw an old man walking in the front of my car. He looked tiring, so I went up to check if he was okay. He was fine, and he said I had taken a bus just to get out. He was almost blind. I said how greatly it was for him to get out at his age. We spent the next thirty minutes talked of his life. I learnt that he had been soldier and fought in the war. It costs me nothing other than thirty minute of my time but I learnt so much. I also thanked this brave man to what he did to keep the country safe. That was something he probably hadn't heard for a long time, but he left smiling.
