Your worksheet may be only slightly larger than one page. To print it on one page, click Page Setup on the File menu, click the Page tab, and then specify Fit To 1 Page(s) Wide By 1 Tall.
Note: You can change the page information (e.g. header, footer, size, type, orientation) by selecting the 'File / Page Setup' menu option, or by pressing the button below.
To add a 42gutter 42 to the inside margin, click Page Setup on the File menu, and then click the Margins tab.
You can hide all the error values in your sheet when you print by going to the sheet TAB in Page Setup and setting Cell Errors to Blank.
To print your sheet at a different scale without changing its appearance on the screen, click Page Setup on the File menu, click the Page tab, and then change the options under Scaling.
