In this paper, the method of dynamic fractal dimension is presented, and sudden change in low tide level series of the Caoe River is analyzed by making use of such fractional theory.
By interpreting the Landsat TM image during low tide level, the distribution and diffusion of white-water from Alkaline Factory on east coast of the Jiaozhou Bay was monitored.
