Thailand: the government just recently extended a program that provides free electricity and public transportation for the poor.
Here in Thailand, the government promised aid to farmers and continued programs to aid the poor such as free electricity, water and bus rides.
And due to concerns about waste disposal and proliferation, they also left out carbon-free electricity generation by nuclear power, which currently provides about 6 percent of world energy.
