2、Licences renewed within 15 days after the date of its expiry are to become effective from the date of expiry.
3、Anniversary date means the day and month of each year which will correspond to the date of expiry of the maritime Labour certificate.

5、If the date of expiry happens to be a holiday, the validity is automatically extended to the next working day.
