Article 10 These measures shall enter into force as of the date of promulgation.

Article 39 These Detailed Rules shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
I. the Supplementary Notice shall be declassified as of the date of promulgation. The contents promulgated shall be based on the Annex of this Notice.
Article 47. This Law shall enter into force on the date of promulgation. The Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (for Trial Implementation) shall be abrogated therefrom.
